高校科研秘书队伍已经是高校科研管理中举足轻重的力量,而且正在不断地发展。对高校科研秘书的研究已经是我国高等教育发展特别是研究生教育的发展、高校科研的发展及高校之间竞争等因素的必然要求,因此,有必要梳理该领域文献研究的现状,以便更好地开展研究。本文运用文献的内容研究法,基于对CNKI中1997~2013年相关文献的分析,从不同的维度统计、整理和分析了该领域研究的现状和问题,在此基础上,提出了今后对该领域研究的展望。
