目的:观察CD105和CD146在肺癌组织中的表达,通过计算肺癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)值,探讨CD105和CD146在肺癌的发生、发展及预后的意义。方法:应用免疫组化法观察218例肺癌组织中CD105和CD146的表达。结果:肺癌组织中CD105和CD146的MVD值分别为18.75±4.99和24.63±4.95,明显高于正常肺组织中的8.62±2.40和7.45±2.06,P<0.01。鳞癌组织中CD105和CD146的MVD值分别为13.40±2.47和25.30±4.79,腺癌组织中为7.72±1.77和17.15±4.41;小细胞肺癌组织中为24.27±7.62和35.58±5.84,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:CD105和CD146在肿瘤血管生成、发生、发展和转移中起重要作用,并可能成为肿瘤预后判断的参考指标。
Objective: To observe the expression of CD105 and CD146 in lung cancer and to investigate the significance of CD105 and CD146 in the occurrence, development and prognosis of lung cancer by calculating the microvessel density (MVD) in lung cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of CD105 and CD146 in 218 cases of lung cancer. Results: The MVD values of CD105 and CD146 in lung cancer were 18.75 ± 4.99 and 24.63 ± 4.95, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal lung tissues (8.62 ± 2.40 and 7.45 ± 2.06, P <0.01). The MVD values of CD105 and CD146 in squamous cell carcinoma were 13.40 ± 2.47 and 25.30 ± 4.79 respectively, 7.72 ± 1.77 and 17.15 ± 4.41 in adenocarcinoma tissues and 24.27 ± 7.62 and 35.58 ± 5.84 in small cell lung cancer tissues, respectively The difference was statistically significant, P <0.01. Conclusion: CD105 and CD146 play an important role in tumor angiogenesis, development, development and metastasis, and may be used as a reference index for tumor prognosis.
