企业就是一个风险实体,企业的经营过程就是一个规避风险与追求收益的过程。在各股东单位的大力支持下,英大财险在开业之初即承保了国家电网公司近45%的资产,然而伴随着保费规模的迅猛增长,各种问题和矛盾也接踵而来,急需解决。主要表现在制约发展的“三个不适应”问题,即以业务管理主要内容的风险管控能力不能完全适应开业初期井喷式、大规模业务的展业承保需要,以查勘理赔为主要需求的服务能力不能适应短时期内在28家网省电力公司同时开展业务的需要,市场业务发展速度不能适应公司发展战略的需要。
