运动可以改善个体全身骨骼系统的代谢和功能,增强骨密度。本文运用文献资料法,探讨不同运动形式对中小学生骨密度的影响,旨在让更多的人了解运动对中小学生骨健康的影响。
Exercise improves the metabolism and function of an individual’s systemic skeletal system and enhances bone density. In this paper, the literature method is used to explore the impact of different forms of exercise on bone mineral density of primary and secondary school students, so that more people can understand the impact of exercise on bone health of primary and secondary school students.
