[目的]测定人体胚胎绒毛中必需微量元素铁、锌的含量,探讨其与母体中铁、锌含量的关系。[方法]采集孕周不足12周的人工流产患者的胚胎绒毛组织及枕后新近长出头发,5︰2HNO3+H2O2体系消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)检测微量元素铁、锌的含量,统计软件SPSS13.0进行数据分析。[结果]胚胎绒毛中Fe含量为(17.35±6.76)μg/g,锌含量为(17.08±11.32)μg/g;母发中铁、锌含量分别为(51.43±37.36)μg/g、(222.32±91.50)μg/g。胚胎绒毛与母体头发中Fe含量的相关系数为0.26(P﹤0.05)、Zn含量的相关系数为0.04(P﹥0.05)。[结论]胚胎绒毛中铁含量与母发存在正相关关系,可以通过检测母亲头发中的铁含量了解胚胎营养状况;而胚胎中的锌与母发中的Zn不存在相关性。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of essential trace elements iron and zinc in human embryo villi and to explore its relationship with iron and zinc content in maternal. [Methods] Embryonic chorionic tissue of newborn infants with spontaneous abortion less than 12 weeks gestation and new hair growth after occipital lobe were collected. The 5: 2HNO3 + H2O2 system was digested and the contents of trace elements iron and zinc were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP) , Statistical software SPSS13.0 for data analysis. [Results] The contents of Fe and Zn in the embryo villus were (17.35 ± 6.76) μg / g and (17.08 ± 11.32) μg / g respectively. The contents of iron and zinc in the mother hair were (51.43 ± 37.36) μg / g and 91.50) μg / g. The correlation coefficient of Fe content of embryo villus and maternal hair was 0.26 (P <0.05), and the correlation coefficient of Zn content was 0.04 (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The content of iron in the embryo villus is positively correlated with the mother hair, and the nutritional status of the embryo can be understood by detecting the iron content in the mother ’s hair. However, there is no correlation between zinc in the embryo and Zn in the mother hair.
