由于评奖工作的改革,2004年度中国广播电视优秀节目评奖与往年不同,要先设立提名评选委员会,提名确定后,再由定评委员会评出极少数的几个“广播影视大奖”。广播社教作品中的知识性节目,评选标准未变,依然是执行多年的那些政治、业务标准和纪律要求。在类别界定上,依然是这样几句话:以传授科学知识为主旨的节目,包括理论节目、教学节目、经济科技知识讲座等方面的节目。
Due to the reform of the awards, the awards for 2004 Outstanding Radio and Television Programs in China are different from those in previous years. Nomination and selection committees should be set up first. After the nominations are confirmed, a few Radio and Television Awards will be awarded by the judging panel. Broadcasting of educational programs in social work, unchanged from the selection criteria, remains those political, operational standards and disciplinary requirements that have been in effect for many years. In the definition of category, it is still a few words: to impart scientific knowledge for the program, including theory programs, teaching programs, economic and technological lectures and other aspects of the program.
