目的了解X射线摄影检查中成人受检者的辐射水平,分析影响剂量水平的主要因素,为我国相关诊断项目所推荐的指导水平的更新提供数据。方法选取苏州市9家不同级别医疗机构,使用热释光剂量计,测量220名成年受检者不同部位的入射体表剂量(entrance surface dose,ESD),并记录相应的参数,分析影响ESD因素。结果不同部位检查,以腰椎(LAT)检查的ESD最高,胸部(PA)最小,差异具有统计学意义(F=16.56,P<0.05);每项检查均小于我国相应诊断项目所推荐的ESD指导水平。ESD均值与设备类型、医院级别以及主要摄影参数等的相关性均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论苏州市成人受检者X射线摄影的入射体表剂量水平低于我国现行推荐的指导水平。
OBJECTIVE To understand the radiation level of adult subjects in X-ray photography and to analyze the main factors influencing the dose level and to provide the data for the update of the guidance level recommended by related diagnostic projects in China. Methods Nine different levels of medical institutions in Suzhou City were selected to measure the entrance surface dose (ESD) of different parts of 220 adult subjects using the thermoluminescence dosimeter. The parameters were recorded and the influencing factors of ESD . Results The results of different parts of the examination showed that the lumbar spine (LAT) had the highest ESD and the chest (PA) the smallest with the difference statistically significant (F = 16.56, P <0.05); each test was less than the ESD guidance recommended by the corresponding diagnostic project in China Level. The correlation between ESD mean and equipment type, hospital grade and main photographic parameters were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The body surface dose of X-ray photography of adult subjects in Suzhou City is lower than the current recommended level in our country.
