本文采用电接触快速加热、铅浴等温、拉拔形变、油淬及回火方法对八种碳钢进行了比较系统的低温形变热处理的研究。其中,对70钢探讨了奥氏体化温度、塑性变形、冷却条件及回火等对处理后机械性能的影响。作者根据大量试验数据,采用回归分析方法,对钢中含碳量、形变温度(过冷度)、形变量等参数在低温形变热处理强化中的作用进行了计算,阐明了形变热处理工艺的主要参数对处理后钢的机械性能影响的基本规律。
In this paper, eight kinds of carbon steel were studied systematically by low-temperature heat treatment of the rapid heating of the electric contact, the lead bath isothermal, drawing deformation, oil quenching and tempering methods. Among them, the influence of austenitizing temperature, plastic deformation, cooling conditions and tempering on the mechanical properties of 70 steel was discussed.
