国外研究铅对染色体的作用,各家结果不一。我们对乡镇企业接触铅的15名工人的外周血淋巴细胞进行培养,并观察淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE),同时还进行了尿铅、血原卟啉等生物材料的检测。其结果如下。
Foreign study of the role of lead on chromosomes, each with different results. We cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes of 15 workers exposed to lead in township and village enterprises and observed the sister chromatid exchange (SCE) of lymphocytes.
