During the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period, China’s total energy saving potential will reach 400 million tons of standard coal, of which the coal saving potential exceeds 200 million tons of standard coal, the saving potential is over 200 billion kwh and the fuel saving potential exceeds 15 million tons.
