企业“五型”班组建设活动有利于推进企业“三基”工作,丰富和发展企业文化。石油工程建设企业通过“三个结合、四个要点、五个‘S’”行动,创建“五型”班组;用“345”行动带动“节约”促进“和谐”。针对当前企业“五型”班组创建活动存在的主要问题,分析成因,提出了下一步需要采取的措施和办法。
Enterprise “five type ” team construction activities are conducive to promoting the enterprise “three bases ” work, enriching and developing enterprise culture. Petroleum engineering construction enterprises through the “three combinations, four points, five ’S’ ” action, create “five type ” team; with “345 ” action to drive “save ” to promote “harmony ”. In view of the main problems existing in creating activities for the current “Five-type” team and analyzing the causes, the measures and measures to be taken in the next step are proposed.
