2010年5月,中央召开新疆工作座谈会,要求加快建设繁荣富裕和谐稳定的社会主义新疆,推进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安。随后,“一行三会”专门召开金融支持新疆跨越式发展座谈会,提出金融支持新疆跨越式发展的若干举措和设想。两年多时间里,银行业金融机构积极贯彻落实中央关于支持新疆跨越式发展的战略部署,纷纷采取各种措施,落实乡镇基础金融服务全覆盖,探索实施有利于发展特色产业和改善民生的信贷政策,一幅金融援疆的壮阔画
In May 2010, the Central Government held a symposium on working in Xinjiang, calling for accelerating the building of a prosperous, harmonious and stable socialist Xinjiang and promoting the leapfrog development and long-term peace and security in Xinjiang.
