成为球队的队长,这听起来是一件很困难的事情。翻看那些过去的历史,我们就不难发现一支出色的球队中,必然有一位伟大的队长。普拉蒂尼、帕萨雷拉、巴雷西等等,多到老球迷们都可以数上个几百号人物。他们是一个球队的精神领袖,更是球队中最努力、最有毅力的球员。无论场面的局势是占优还是被动,都要保持一个乐观的状态。擒贼先擒王,如果一队之长缴械投降的话,那这个队伍也不可能有好的成绩。队长是场上队员中最有威信的人,如果让队友都不信服的话,这个队长也是不称职的。队长光环到底是个怎样的东西呢,我们一起来探个究竟。队长,队长,一队之长,他是队员与教练之间的枢纽,在球场上他的作用甚至比场下的主教练还要大。队长常常被人看做是球队的有机磨合体,更有人形象的把他们比作是人事管理,管理球场上队友的言行,处理与对方球员场上的矛盾。他是球队的领袖,不代表他们是战术上的核心,更多的是一支球队上精神上的领导者。领袖,就是球队的主心骨,就是队伍中的带头人。从某个层面讲,队长比那些攻城拔寨的超级射手们更加伟大。一支伟大的球队群体的领袖人物更会得到人们长久的赞赏和尊重。相反,如果你在场上既慵懒又不能在更衣室发话的话,这个队长就是失败的,球队也会是一盘散沙。
