患者28岁,孕2产0,因停经9+个月,见红7+小时入院。孕期无阴道流血史。入院查体:体温、脉搏、呼吸正常,Bp15/8kPa,心肺正常,肝脾未触及。产科检查:浮肿(-),骨盆外测量正常,宫高36cm,腹围102cm,胎心140次/分,胎位LOA,胎头浮,无宫缩。肛查:宫口容指,Bishop′s评分5～6分,胎膜未破。
The patient was 28 years old and had 2 pregnancies and 0 pregnancies. She was hospitalized for 9+ months due to menopause and saw a red 7+ hours. No history of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy. Admission examination: body temperature, pulse, normal breathing, Bp15 / 8kPa, normal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched. Obstetric examination: edema (-), pelvic measurement was normal, the Palace of 36cm, 102cm abdominal circumference, fetal heart rate 140 beats / min, fetal LOA, fetal head floating, no contractions. Anal check: Palace mouth means, Bishop’s score of 5 to 6 points, the membranes are not broken.
