目的探讨磨痂术联合甲壳胺人工皮膜负压疗法治疗手背热压伤的效果。方法选择我科收治的手部热压伤患者16例,采用磨痂术联合甲壳胺人工皮膜负压疗法处理创面,术后10~14 d观察创面愈合情况。结果所有患者创面全部愈合。10~14 d治疗后创面愈合9例,其余7例治疗10~14 d后创面未完全愈合,经植皮或皮瓣转移治疗后均愈合。随访3~12个月,手外形满意,功能优良率高。结论磨痂术联合甲壳胺人工皮膜负压疗法治疗手背热压伤有利于促进创面痊愈。
Objective To investigate the effect of crust callus combined with chitosan artificial skin negative pressure therapy on the back of hand heat compression. Methods Sixteen cases of hand crush treated by our department were selected. The wounds were treated with crush callus combined with chitosan artificial skin negative pressure therapy. The wound healing was observed 10 to 14 days after operation. The results of all patients with wound healing. After wound healing, 9 cases were treated with 10 ~ 14 days. The remaining 7 cases did not heal completely after 10 ~ 14 days. All the wounds healed after skin grafting or skin flap transfer. Follow-up of 3 to 12 months, hand shape satisfaction, excellent function rate. Conclusion Abrasive callus combined with chitosan artificial skin negative pressure therapy for the treatment of hand back heat crush is conducive to promoting wound healing.
