汾河水库上游水土保持综合治理工作实施以来,淤滩造地工程作为体现“治穷致富,拦沙保库”的典型工程措施,一直是我们工作的重点。四年来,共计安排重点治滩工程十七处,效益面积33388亩,其中新增面积为21726亩,改善滩地1.09万亩。目前,有些滩地已经淤成受益,受到当地群众的欢迎。现根据工作实践,对工作中存在的一些技术问题和争议点作一些探讨,希望对今后工作有益。
Since the implementation of comprehensive management of soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of Fenhe Reservoir, as a typical engineering measure of “treating poverty and enriching the land and reserving sediment by reservoirs”, the silt-bank land reclamation project has always been the focus of our work. In the past four years, a total of 17 key beach management projects have been arranged with a benefit area of 33,388 mu, including an additional area of 21,726 mu and an improvement of 10,900 mu of beach land. At present, some beaches have been benefited and are welcomed by the local people. Based on the work practices, I have made some discussions on some technical issues and controversies that I have in my work, and I hope it will be helpful for the future work.
