我国的职业教育校企合作由来已久,但是在不断的合作过程当中出现了很多问题,主要包括政府、企业、院校、行业和学生这五个方面。校企合作是双方面的合作模式。它没有办法去解决跨部门的问题。所以说需要我国对职业教育校企合作进行相应的设计,本文围绕职业教育校企合作存在的问题进行分析,并对其促进的政策进行相应的探讨。
China’s vocational education has a long history of cooperation between schools and enterprises. However, many problems have arisen in the process of continuous cooperation, including the government, enterprises, institutions, industries and students. School-enterprise cooperation is a cooperation model between the two parties. It has no solution to cross-sectoral issues. Therefore, it is necessary for our country to carry out the corresponding design of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education and probes into the policies that it promotes.
