本文研究目标是识别出哪种商业模式关键品质属性组合将会给企业带来高市场绩效。首先,定义商业模式品质,并推导出关键品质属性。其次,基于99个调研企业数据,选择模糊集定性比较分析法,实证分析作为结果变量的市场绩效与商业模式品质关键属性组合之间的因果关系。最后,研究发现:(1)焦点企业获取高市场绩效的通路不止一条;(2)成立时间较长的企业可选择的路径较多;(3)每种路径实质上是一组关键品质因素组合;(4)两者间的因果关系为商业模式测评开启了新的思路。
The goal of this paper is to identify which combination of key quality attributes of the business model will result in high market performance for the business. First, define the quality of the business model and derive the key quality attributes. Second, based on the data of 99 research firms, we choose the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to empirically analyze the causal relationship between the market performance as the outcome variable and the key attribute combination of business model quality. Finally, the findings are as follows: (1) There are more than one access to high market performance for the focus enterprises; (2) more established firms have more choices; (3) each path is essentially a combination of key quality factors ; (4) The causal relationship between the two opened a new way for the evaluation of business model.
