1982年国际雷达会议于10月18日至20日在英国伦敦召开。该会议是由英国电气工程师学会与美国电机电子工程师学会联合举办的,每两年半输流在两国首都召开一次。这次是第五届。参加会议代表有25个国家600多人,我国以中国电子学会代表组的名义参加,由五人组成(空军第二研究所郦能敬所长、航空工业部607所袁迈副总工程师、1014所相正平同志、1038所阮信畅同志和我)。此外,在英国进修的四位同志也参加了会议。会上宣读与刊出的
The 1982 International Radioconference was held in London, United Kingdom from October 18 to October 20. The meeting by the British Institute of Electrical Engineers and the United States Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers jointly organized, every two years and a half transport in the capital of the two countries held once.
