一低谷何以认为中国建筑处于低谷状态呢?有如下几条依据: 第一,纵观中国历史,今日中国经济仍处于低谷向上缓升的状态,而建筑发展滞后于经济发展,故仍处低谷。这包括两方面因素,一为由经济条件制约的建筑物的因素,另一为由物质技术水平限定的建筑的精神(艺术、思想)因素。当然,这并不是说低谷时就没有好作品。第二,以中国现有资源的人均占有量,以今日中国澎涨的而且还将继续膨涨下去的人口论建筑物的因素,也就是作为满足人们使用需求的量,仍然是最主要的因素,质的评价终将摆在第二位。功能(使用)
Why does a trough consider that Chinese architecture is in a low state? There are several basis for the following reasons: First, looking at the history of China, the Chinese economy is still in a state of slowing upwards, and building development lags behind economic development, so it is still at a low point. This includes two factors, one is the factors of buildings constrained by economic conditions, and the other is the spiritual (artistic, ideological) factors of buildings defined by the material and technological level. Of course, this is not to say that there is no good work in the low season. Secondly, taking the per capita share of China’s existing resources as the factor of population-based buildings that has soared in China today and will continue to swell, is still the most important factor in meeting people’s demand.
