本文首先分析了仪器函数对红外光谱线轮廓的影响。用He-Ne激光测定了H-25型光栅红外单色仪的仪器函数。并用方差方法扣除仪器函数的半宽度,求出一种汞灯1.04μm谱线的半宽度。最后测定并用电子计算机计算了吡啶(C_5H_5N)的8.7μm (1147.4cm~(-1)吸收谱线的轮廓,求得该谱线的真实线型为洛伦兹分布,其半宽度为6.4×10~2(?)(8.4cm~(-1)。实验表明,该谱线可用作测定中等色散红外光谱仪的仪器函数的一种标准谱线。
This paper first analyzes the influence of instrument function on the infrared spectral line profile. The instrument function of H-25 grating infrared monochromator was measured by He-Ne laser. And subtracting the half-width of the instrument function using the variance method to find the half-width of a mercury lamp 1.04μm line. Finally, the contour of 8.7μm (1147.4cm -1) absorption line of pyridine (C_5H_5N) was calculated and calculated by computer, and the true line of this line was Lorentz distribution with a half width of 6.4 × 10 ~2 (?) (8.4cm ~ (-1)) The experiment shows that this line can be used as a standard line for measuring the instrument function of medium dispersion infrared spectrometer.
