目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿Ramsey-Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法将56例患者按随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组30例给予中西医结合(普济消毒饮加味+西药抗感染、抗病毒、激素、营养神经+针灸)治疗,对照组26例给予西医综合(同样西药抗感染、抗病毒、激素、营养神经+红外线灯及He-Ne激光照射)治疗。结果治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率53.85%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应发生。结论中西医结合治疗小儿Ramsey-Hunt综合征疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating Ramsey-Hunt syndrome in children. Methods Fifty-six patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The treatment group was treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine (generalized disinfection plus western medicine anti-infective, antivirus, hormone, nutrition nerve + acupuncture). The control group of 26 patients To Western medicine (the same Western anti-infective, anti-virus, hormones, nutritional nerves + infrared light and He-Ne laser irradiation) treatment. Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 53.85% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion Integrative Medicine Ramsey-Hunt syndrome in children with significant effect.
