Vasopressin (vasopressin, VP) mainly in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus and supraoptic synthesis, the secretion of the nervous pituitary into the circulatory system, the secretion depends on the plasma osmolality and blood volume. VP neurons project to other brain regions, especially the limbic system, including the septum and hippocampus. It has been reported in the literature that VP and its metabolites regulate theta rhythm of the hippocampus to facilitate the process of memory. The maternal-fetal separation model has been shown to up-regulate the hypothalamic VP system, and the release of VP in the brain can cause many behavioral changes, such as active or passive avoidance behavior, social cognition, and learning and memory behaviors. However, the impact of VP on spatial cognitive ability is not yet clear. In this study, pen
