12月15日北京燕化公司30万t/a乙烯改扩建工程验收会在燕化举行。国家计委主任陈锦华、国家经贸委主任王忠禹、北京市常务副市长张百发、中国石化总公司总经理盛华仁等领导到会并讲了话。燕化公司原党委书记、现外经贸部部长吴仪发来了贺电。 验收会上陈锦华同志说:燕化乙烯改扩建工程符合中央关于“两个根本转变”精神的要求。建设单位和有关上级部门认识一致,现场有一个非常得力的指挥班子,是燕化乙烯改扩建工程成功的两条重要经验。 王忠禹同志说:该改扩建工程的成功说明,老企业大有潜力可挖,技术改造内涵随着市场经济的发展会发生变化,技术改造与扩建的方式、方法、也应当有所调整。
On December 15, the Acceptance Meeting for 300,000 t/a ethylene modification and expansion project of Beijing Yanhua Company was held in Yanhua. Chen Jinhua, director of the State Development Planning Commission, Wang Zhongyu, director of the State Economic and Trade Commission, Zhang Baifa, executive deputy mayor of Beijing Municipality, and Sheng Huaren, general manager of China National Petrochemical Corporation attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Wu Yi, former party secretary of Yanhua Company, and Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Wu Yi sent a congratulatory message. At the acceptance meeting, Comrade Chen Jinhua said: The Yanhua Ethylene Reform and Expansion Project meets the requirements of the Central Government regarding the spirit of “two fundamental changes.” The construction unit and the relevant higher authorities have the same understanding. There is a very effective command team at the site. It is the two important experiences of Yanhua’s ethylene renovation and expansion project. Comrade Wang Zhongyu said: The success of the renovation and expansion project shows that there is great potential for excavation of old enterprises, and the connotation of technological transformation will change with the development of the market economy. The methods and methods of technological transformation and expansion should also be adjusted.
