补贴会造成一国的净福利损失,WTO也针对补贴问题经过多个回合致力于削减各国各种形式的补贴。但农业补贴始终存在,尤其是在以美国为首的大国中,农业补贴成为农民收入重要的收入来源。农业补贴有其存在必要性,本文通过微观、宏观层面的分析,并结合相关案例,论述了尤其是发达国家农业补贴长期存在的原因。 Subsidies can result in a net loss of welfare for one country, and the WTO is also devoting itself to cuts in various forms of subsidies in various countries over several rounds of subsidies. However, agricultural subsidies have always existed. Especially in the major powers headed by the United States, agricultural subsidies have become an important source of income for peasants’ income. Agricultural subsidies have their own existence. This paper discusses the reasons for the long-term existence of agricultural subsidies especially in developed countries through the analysis of micro and macro levels and related cases.
