我国所有制体制的核心是公有制为主体,改革我国所有制体制的目的是为了更好地完善和发展这个主体,不是要消除掉这个主体,而私有化的改革方向却要用私有制代替这个主体,因而私有化不是改革我国的所有制体制,而是改变我国所有制的实质。因此,私有化是同我国以公有制为主体的所有制体制相对立的,根本不可能成为旨在完善公有制的所有制体制改革的发展方向。如果从现实状况来看,我国也不存在私有化的可行性,没有发展私有制的现实基础。我国的国有固定资产已达一万一千多个亿,而私人资本仅近几年才有一些发展。

Our state-owned fixed assets have reached over 11,000 million, while private capital has only enjoyed some development in recent years.
