针对井下煤与瓦斯突出现象,提出用凝胶泡沫封堵煤体裂隙、孔隙防止瓦斯突出的新思路。介绍了凝胶泡沫的性能及向煤体的孔隙、裂隙压注凝胶泡沫的防突机理,依据凝胶泡沫未胶凝前的流动性及胶凝后的黏结性,分析了压注凝胶泡沫占据了孔隙、裂隙,降低煤层孔隙率;与煤体固结为一个整体,提高煤体强度;封闭瓦斯,使其潜能被钝化;压注凝胶泡沫时的钻孔可提前释放一部分瓦斯,从而达到防突的目的。
