目的:观察某军校厌学大学生的心理健康状况与应对方式特点。方法:选择因厌学接受正规心理治疗的某军校大学生20例为观察组,随机抽取学习正常的同校学生68例为对照组(另分为非常好学组32例及一般好学组36例),采用症状自评量表和应对方式问卷收集资料并进行分析。结果:观察组症状自评量表总分为(167.90±74.35)分,显著高于非常好学组的(112.29±33.51)分及一般好学组的(126.52±35.74)分(P<0.05);观察组与对照组在解决问题、自责和求助等3个因子分值比较,显著差异或非常显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:军校厌学大学生心理健康状况较差,需要及时进行有效干预。
Objective: To observe the mental health status and coping style of college students who are tired of school. Methods: Twenty patients of a military college who received regular psychotherapy due to weary learning were selected as the observation group, and 68 normal school students were randomly selected as the control group (32 cases were divided into very well-behaved group and 36 in general well-behaved group) Self-rating Symptom Scale and coping styles questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Results: The total symptom score of the observation group was (167.90 ± 74.35) points, which was significantly higher than that of the very good (112.29 ± 33.51) points and 126.52 ± 35.74 points (P0.05) There were significant differences or significant differences between the two groups in scores of solving problems, self-criticism and seeking help (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: The mental health status of undergraduates in military academies is poor and requires timely and effective intervention.
