近年来,随着互联网金融行业的迅猛发展,网络金融借贷服务开始在高校校园内兴起。2016年下半年,互联网借贷平台“借贷宝”涉及161名女大学生的10G大小的“裸条”裸照及视频在网上引起轩然大波。伴随着校园网络借贷而随之而来的“裸贷”、自杀等乱相不断出现冲击这人们的道德底线。笔者通过对“裸贷”现象的分析,剖析“裸贷”现象背后的原因,提出预防“裸贷”现象的对策,完善校园信贷法律法规,为规范校园文化健康发展提出有效的建议。
