梁尤平,1936年12月生于四川省达县,1957年毕业于重庆大学采矿工程系,中共党员,教授级高级工程师。历任平顶山矿务局四矿技术员、总工程师、一矿副矿长、局总工程师、副局长,从1983年出任局长至今。1985年,1987年和1992年分别当选为中国共产党全国代表大会、十三大和十四大代表。兼任中国煤炭技术委员会和技术咨询委员会委员、中国矿大和北京煤炭管理干部学院客座教授、中国煤炭工业企业管理协会常务理事、中国煤炭城市经济社会发展促进会副会长。
Liang Youping, born in December 1936 in Daxian, Sichuan Province, graduated from Mining Engineering Department of Chongqing University in 1957, a member of the Communist Party of China and a professor-level senior engineer. Former Pingdingshan Mining four mine technicians, chief engineer, a mine deputy director, bureau chief engineer, deputy director, since 1983 as director so far. In 1985, 1987 and 1992 were elected to the Chinese Communist Party Congress, the 13th National Congress and the 14th Congress. He is also a member of China Coal Technical Committee and Technical Advisory Committee, a visiting professor of China University of Mining and Beijing Coal Management Cadre Institute, executive director of China Coal Industry Enterprise Management Association and vice president of China Coal City Economic and Social Development Association.
