自11月15日中国就加入WTO与美国达成双边协议后,人们对于中国在近期加入WTO的希望一下子变得非常的现实和迫切。有关加入WTO后对中国各行业在短期和长期的影响也引起了国人极大的兴趣。而网络业,这个在近几年刚刚兴起,在中国可说才起步、但已有遍地开花之势的行业,本来的争论就已经够多,现在又遭遇了WTO这一个新的问题。那么人世对于国内互联网业以及相关网络上市公司影响怎样呢? 互联网业的整个业务都是基于INTERNET这一遍布全球的、联系着无数计算机的网络来开展的。这一网络的发展由来起源于美国军方的一项研究计划,而后才发展成为一种普遍的计算机间的连接和通信传输技术。正是由于这一网络具有巨大的覆盖率和直接方便性,人们才逐渐认识到了它巨大的商业价值和潜在的无限商机,并趋之若骛,使之得到了极大的应用,甚至认为它将影响乃至改变人类未来的生活。
