为研究抗癌基因nm23在乳腺癌的表达及与组织学分型、分级、淋巴结转移的关系,应用免疫组S-P法,对35例乳腺良性病变及138例乳腺癌进行nm23检测分析。结果,nm23在乳腺良性病变及癌中的阳性率分别为57.1%(20/35),60.1%(83/138),两者无明显差别,但乳腺癌中nm23的表达与组织学分级及淋巴结转移情况有极显著差异P<0.05~0.01。研究表明,nm23不能用于乳腺良、恶性病变的鉴别,但与乳腺癌的分级、转移呈显著负相关。提示nm23在肿瘤的浸润、转移中发挥重要作用,nm23的检测能预示肿瘤的转移和预后。
To investigate the expression of nm23 in breast cancer and its relationship with histological type, grade and lymph node metastasis, immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect nm23 detection in 35 cases of benign breast lesions and 138 cases of breast cancer. As a result, the positive rates of nm23 in benign breast lesions and carcinomas were 57.1% (20/35) and 60.1% (83/138), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two, but the expression and organization of nm23 in breast cancer. There was a significant difference in grades and lymph node metastasis between P<0.05-0.01. Studies have shown that nm23 can not be used for the identification of breast benign and malignant lesions, but has a significant negative correlation with breast cancer grading and metastasis. It is suggested that nm23 plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis. The detection of nm23 can predict the metastasis and prognosis of tumors.
