阀控系统是链式STATCOM控制保护系统和换流链之间的重要接口环节,其核心装置为阀控装置,主要负责控制调节策略中链节直流电压均衡控制功能、功率模块的触发和监测工作,其可靠性对链式STATCOM的长期稳定运行至关重要。本文设计一种应用于链式STATCOM的阀控装置,该装置以FPGA为核心控制,充分利用其强大的并行处理能力及内部RAM资源等,实现了多达70对串行收发通信,采用PWM指令与控制命令统一编码方式,提高了通信通道带宽,满足功率控制的实时性要求。该装置满足35 k V电压等级及以上的大容量STATCOM对阀控系统的应用需求。
The valve control system is an important interface between the chain STATCOM control protection system and the commutation chain. The core device is the valve control device, which is mainly responsible for controlling the DC link voltage balancing control function, the power module triggering and monitoring in the regulation strategy , Its reliability is crucial to the long-term stable operation of the chain STATCOM. In this paper, we design a valve control device for chain STATCOM. The device is controlled by FPGA. It takes advantage of its powerful parallel processing capabilities and internal RAM resources to achieve up to 70 pairs of serial transceivers. PWM control Unified coding with control commands to improve the communication channel bandwidth to meet the real-time power control requirements. The device meets the application requirements of high-capacity STATCOM valve control system of 35 kV voltage level and above.
