新形势下,国有控股上市公司党组织如何发挥政治核心作用面临许多新的规范要求。党组织在国有企业发挥政治核心作用本来就是中国特色社会主义一大探索,没有前人经验。在以往的实践中,这种制度设计对国企的改革、发展和稳定发挥了十分重要的作用,从这个意义上讲,没有国有企业党组织的贡献,就没有今天国企的发展。
Under the new situation, there are many new regulatory requirements on how the party organizations in state-controlled listed companies can play their core role in politics. The central role played by the party organizations in the state-owned enterprises has always been a major exploration of socialism with Chinese characteristics and there is no previous experience. In the past practice, this system design has played an important role in the reform, development and stability of state-owned enterprises. In this sense, without the contribution of the party organizations of state-owned enterprises, there will be no development of state-owned enterprises today.
