(P>0.0“,”Objective To explore the application effect of medical integration in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral apoplexy who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(51 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(51 cases, integrated nursing),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before intervention,CSS,BI and FAM scores were(13.11±8.06)points,(66.27±22.14)points,(66.34±19.45)points in the observation group,and(13.33±8.34)points,(66.15±22.53)points,(66.56±20.06)points in the control group, respectively, there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).One month after intervention,CSS scores,BI scores and FAM scores in the observation group were(6.25±5.01)points,(83.75±15.56)points and(81.39±11.52)points respectively, while those in the control group were(9.67±6.82)points,(73.29±13.16)points and(72.68±12.89)points,respectively,there was difference between groups(P<0.05).Three months after intervention, the CSS scores,BI scores and FAM scores of the observation group were(4.12±3.03)points,(90.31±9.36)points and(89.57±10.59)points respectively, while those of the control group were(6.87±5.34)points,(81.13±8.53)points and(80.22±19.35)points,respectively,there was difference between groups(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group(3.92%)was lower than that in control group(15.69%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated nursing mode in the nursing of patients with cerebral apoplexy can effectively improve the degree of neurological impairment and motor function of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
