初中阶段是人类最为敏感的时期,这一阶段青少年在接受教育中很容易产生逆反心理,若不能及时导正其心理问题,将会造成其发展方向的偏差。对此,为尽可能科学地消除逆反心理导致的情绪波动,引导初中生更积极、阳光、正向化地面对初中教育,本文将着眼于初中生科学的心理疏导,以引入积极心理学为手段,优化初中班级管理方式,以此来保证初中生身心培育的科学化。
