本文阐述了CADKEY&INTERACTIVEUNFOLDING计算机软件的主要功能,分析了UNFOLD的展开机理,建立了相应的材料数据检索系统,改进了传统的繁琐算法及其所带来的误差。实践表明,该系统可使钣金件的设计与展开计算更加便捷有效.从而初步实现了钣金体CAD/CAM的集成。
This paper describes the main functions of CADKEY & INTERACTIVEUNFOLDING computer software, analyzes the unfolding mechanism of UNFOLD, establishes the corresponding material data retrieval system, and improves the traditional tedious algorithm and the errors it brings. Practice shows that the system can make sheet metal design and calculation more convenient and effective. Thus the initial realization of sheet metal CAD / CAM integration.
