一、一年来开展技术革命运动的基本情况1959年是我局测绘生产获得继续大跃进的一年，同时也是我局大闹技术革命运动获得丰收的一年。1959年的技术革命运动是在1958年的技术革新运动的成绩基础上开展起来的。为了响应党所提出的争取1959年在各个战线上获得更大更好更全面跃进的号召，总局于1959年初，在西安召开的积极分子会议上发起了大闹技术革命的战斗动员，对开展技术革命运动的重要性、方向、内容和组织领导应采取的措施，作了详细的阐述，这给1959年开展群众性技术革命运动打下了思想基础。接着总局在武汉召开的全国测绘科学技术经验交流会和举办的技术革新展览，这对全局开展技术革命运动起了很大的推动作用。
I.
