劝君别作“素食主义者”改革开放以来,特别是近二十年来,随着我国经济飞速发展及人民生活水平不断提高,人们的生活节奏不断加快。在丰衣足食的大环境下,招待应酬、亲友聚会、宴席会餐越来越多,各种风味美食、中西大餐更是花样翻新。人们在享受这些珍馐美馔的同时,逐渐地把以往健康饮食的观念淡化了,高胆固醇、高脂肪、高蛋白、高盐饮食仿佛一夜之间就占领了人们的餐桌。由饮食不合理导致的糖尿病、高血压、脑梗死、高血脂、冠心病等“富贵病”及心脑血管疾病也随之显现出惊人的增长趋势。
Since the reform and opening up, especially in the past two decades, with the rapid economic development in our country and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, the pace of people’s life has been accelerating. In the context of ample food and clothing, entertaining, relatives and friends gatherings, banquet more and more meals, all kinds of cuisine, Chinese and Western cuisine is more tricks. While enjoying these delicacies, people gradually diminished the concept of healthy eating. High-cholesterol, high-fat, high-protein and high-salt foods seemed to occupy people’s tables overnight. Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cerebral infarction, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease and other diseases caused by unreasonable diet also show an alarming increasing trend.
