媒体人才是新闻报道的生命线,必须增强媒体人才的行为素养与文化底蕴,以推动媒体的健康发展。现代媒体发展对媒体人才的要求越发严格,没有良好的职业素养将无法适应现代媒体环境。培养媒体人才,应从提高文化素养与职业素养两方面出发,探讨科学培养媒体人才的策略。
Media talents are the lifeblood of news reports, and we must enhance the performance and cultural details of media professionals in order to promote the healthy development of the media. The requirements of media professionals in modern media development are stricter. Without good professional accomplishments, they will not be able to adapt to the modern media environment. To train media professionals, we should start from the two aspects of improving cultural accomplishment and professional accomplishment, and discuss the strategy of cultivating media talents scientifically.
