探讨了对35CrMo钢制D级抽油杆和热轧态坯料进行表层感应淬火处理,以提高抽油杆疲劳强度的可能性。实验表明:以热轧态坯料经感应淬火生产超高强度抽油杆的工艺路线是很有希望的,比D级抽油杆疲劳极限提高36%。文中还对正火高温回火态D级抽油杆再经感应淬火后疲劳极限提高幅度相对较小的原因作了分析。
The possibility of quenching surface induction hardening of 35CrMo steel D-class sucker rods and hot-rolled billets was discussed in order to improve the fatigue strength of sucker rods. Experiments show that the process of producing ultra-high strength sucker rod by induction hardening of hot-rolled billet is very promising, which is 36% higher than the fatigue limit of D-sucker rod. The paper also analyzes the reason why the fatigue limit increase rate is relatively small after normalizing high temperature tempering D grade sucker rod by induction hardening.
