环控系统再循环风扇主要采用轴流风机。全压效率是衡量风机性能的重要指标,轮毂比和叶片数是影响风机全压效率的重要参数。因此,为了使全压效率最大,需要确定最佳的轮毂比和叶片数。利用ANSYS软件中的CFX模块,对不同轮毂比和叶片数下的风机模型进行计算,得到这些风机模型的性能曲线和全压效率。再通过神经网络和遗传算法,对这些风机模型的全压效率进行寻优计算,最终确定风机最佳的轮毂比和叶片数。

Therefore, in order to maximize total pressure efficiency, it is necessary to determine the optimum hub ratio and blade number. Using the CFX module in ANSYS software, the fan models with different hub ratios and blade numbers are calculated to obtain the performance curves and the total pressure efficiency of these fan models. Then through the neural network and genetic algorithm, the optimization of the total pressure efficiency of the fan model is calculated, and finally the best ratio of the hub to the fan and the number of the blades are determined.
