由于高职院校的学生特点不同于一般本科院校,所以决定了高职院校班主任工作有其特殊的规律和方法。本文就如何做好高职院校的班主任工作进行了初步的探索和结语。
Because of the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges is different from the general undergraduate colleges, so decided the work of the class teacher has its own special rules and methods.
