8月25日,财政文学会举行了成立大会。王蒙、贾平凹以及《美文》、《诗刊》等著名作家和文学刊物发来题词、贺词,石英、柳萌、王宗仁三位著名作家更作为特邀嘉宾出席大会,可谓名家汇集,俊采星驰,即便恭贺庆祝之词,也极尽文人之风流。而财政干部丝毫不输文采,财政文学会名誉会长王军副部长和会长胡静林部长助理的讲话意境高远,词句朴实而不失华美,思维通俗却饱含真谛,尽展辞采。我刊略做删改,录之于此。
