成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)和成纤维细胞生长因子受体(FGFRs)所形成的信号传递通路与疾病有着密切的关系。对阻断其信号传递的研究已成为治疗疾病和药物开发的新靶点。本文就FGFs/FGFRs信号传递及与疾病关系的研究进展进行了综述。
Fibroblast growth factor (FGFs) and fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFRs) formed by the signal transduction pathway and disease are closely related. Research on blocking its signaling has become a new target for the treatment of diseases and drug development. This review summarizes the progress of FGFs / FGFRs signal transduction and its relationship with diseases.
