文中提出了一种多层立体网络中基于用户特征的切换方法,以天地一体的用户接入和通信过程为主要研究对象,提出了在多层立体网络中用户切换的方法与实现过程。切换方法考虑了接入点的基础条件、用户特征和相对移动性,以提高负载均衡和降低切换次数等作为设计目标,降低了切换对网络的影响,提高了网络的可控性与安全性。该方法可用于未来天地一体多层立体网络中,实现多种接入方式的优化选择与无缝切换。 In this paper, a handover method based on user characteristics in multi-layer three-dimensional network is proposed in this paper. The main research object is user-access and communication process in the universe. The method and implementation of user handover in multi-layer three-dimensional network are proposed. The handover method considers the basic conditions of the access point, user characteristics and relative mobility, to improve load balancing and reduce the number of handovers as the design goals, reducing the impact of the handover on the network and improving the controllability and security of the network. The method can be used in a multi-layer, multi-layer, three-dimensional network in the future to realize optimal selection and seamless switching of multiple access modes.
