原发性心肌病是一种原因不明而临床表现为心脏扩大和慢性心衰,病检仅有心脏肥大与心肌纤维化病变的心肌疾病。近年有学者建议称为特发性心肌病,以资区别于病因已经明确之继发性心肌病。鉴于本病临床并非少见,且病死率高,又往往是常见猝死原因之一,冠心病的好发年龄中,本病的发病率也很高。由于过去缺乏认识而被忽略,因此复习有关文献,作一简要回顾,供防治工作者的参考。
Primary cardiomyopathy is an unknown cause and clinical manifestations of heart enlargement and chronic heart failure, pathological examination only cardiac hypertrophy and myocardial fibrosis lesions of the heart. In recent years, some scholars have suggested that idiopathic cardiomyopathy should be distinguished from the secondary cause of cardiomyopathy. In view of the clinical disease is not uncommon, and high mortality, and often one of the common causes of sudden death, coronary heart disease in the age of onset, the incidence of the disease is also high. Because of the lack of understanding in the past, this book has been neglected. Therefore, we reviewed the relevant literature and made a brief review for the prevention and treatment workers’ reference.
