一、问题的提出测定混凝土拌合物的水灰比,是施工现场混凝土质量控制的一个重要指标。通过它可以及时了解水灰比的波动趋势,从而找出原因及时调整,以保证混凝土的浇筑质量。碧流河水库工程混凝土坝浇筑过程中,混凝土拌合物的水灰比测试方法,采用目前普遍应用的《筛浆法》,其结果与原设计水灰比偏差较大,经查,发现主要《筛浆法》无法解决由于初始条件,如骨料的含泥量、含沙量和含水量以及砂料的超逊径含量等等的变化而产生的误差。经过实践试图用《原样烘干法》代替筛浆法,使施工质检水平进一步提高。经在碧流河水库工地实测证明,
