目前对血栓闭塞性脉管炎的治疗还没有好方法,只能用切除交感神经来减少疼痛,用截肢来挽救生命.中医研究院用活血化瘀药——当归注射做了有益的探索,对某些病人能显示出一定疗效,但彻底治愈还是无能为力的.我们采用谷氨酸钠、抗坏血酸、葡萄糖液于动脉及交感神经交替注射治疗20例,全部治愈,近期远期疗效明显,兹介绍如下,供参考.
