[目的]探讨直肠黏膜结扎联合直肠周围注射治疗小儿直肠脱垂治疗效果。[方法]选取我院2006年1月～2008年1月直肠脱垂患儿82例,均采用间断性直肠黏膜结扎后,行直肠周围三间隙注射消痔灵,观察其疗效。[结果]82例患儿中12例住院治疗,其余均在门诊治疗,局麻术后或全麻清醒后的门诊病人观察2h便可离开医院,便后1︰5000PP粉坐浴,多数患儿无不良反应。术后3d内肛门及下腹坠胀者13例,术后当天有低热者6例,一般术后d2体温即降至正常,手术1个月后直肠内残留线结未脱落、便时带少量脓血者1例,均于肛镜下拆除缝线后,症状消失,术后随诊,无1例复发,100%治愈。[结论]直肠黏膜结扎联合直肠周围注射治疗小儿直肠脱垂治疗有良好的效果效果,使脱肛得到彻底根治,值得推广。 [Objective] To investigate the effect of rectal mucosal ligation combined with peri-rectal injection on the treatment of pediatric rectal prolapse. [Methods] Choose 82 cases of children with rectal prolapse in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2008, all of which were treated with intermittent rectal mucosal ligation and then injected Xiaoheling three rows around the rectum to observe the curative effect. [Results] Among the 82 children, 12 were hospitalized and the rest were outpatient treatment. Outpatients after local anesthesia or awake general anesthesia could leave the hospital after observation for 2h, then 1︰5000PP powder bathing, most of the children No adverse reactions. In the postoperative 3d, there were 13 cases of anus and lower abdomen bulge in 13 cases, 6 cases of hypocaloric fever on the day after the operation, the general postoperative d2 body temperature was reduced to normal, 1 month after operation, the residual rectal neoplasm did not fall off, then with a small amount of pus Blood in 1 case, were removed under the anus mirror suture, the symptoms disappeared, follow-up after surgery, no recurrence in 1 case, 100% cure. [Conclusion] Rectal mucosal ligation combined with peri-rectal injection in the treatment of children with rectal prolapse has a good effect, so that rectal prolapse has been completely cured and is worth promoting.
